He grew up in a Navy family and with his two younger brothers carried on its 500+ year tradition of naval service to Great Britain and the USA then enjoyed a career with one of the largest advertising and public relations agencies working with numerous Fortune 500 companies and many of America's premier educational institutions. What’s a Wurzelbacher?

“Its not that I want to punish your success, when you spread the wealth around it is good for everyone,” Obama’s comment to ‘Joe the Plumber.’

Samuel Joseph “Joe the Plumber” Wurzelbacher went off script and challenged Barack Obama’s tax policy subjecting him to the “Joe the Plumber Derangement Syndrome.” Wurzelbacher has been called a bigot, racist, liar, had his divorce scrutinized, a thousand dollar lien dragged out, accused of not being named “Joe”; of not being a registered voter (he is); and being undecided, and been attacked by the local plumbers union that is endorsing Obama.

Wurzelbacher’s sin was pointing out that Obama’s tax proposals would make it more difficult to realize his dream of owning his own plumbing company and catching Obama off-script admitting to an income redistributon scheme.

Even Democrat VP nominee Senator Joe Biden attacked Joe’s alleging prevarications.

That from a man who tells fables about visiting a diner in Delaware that hasn’t been open in years; spins yarns about getting “forced down” in a helicopter over Afghanistan because of perilous conditions that turned out to be bad weather, not al-Qaida related; and continues to slander the family of the man involved in his wife and daughter’s fatal car accident (crash investigators cleared the now-deceased driver of drunk driving, despite Biden’s insinuations).

To paraphrase Abraham Lincoln “ you can’t make the weak stronger by making the strong weaker.”
